This was the worst experience. Valerie, one of the owners told me I had time to pay my taxes because she filed an extension while we were still figuring out deductions. I trusted her then I got a penalty from the IRS of $440. They did not inform me of this and I got charged an additional $240 for interest. When I called her and asked her about the letter, she said she's never seen a letter like that in her life. I told her it was her fault that she gave me false information about the extension and when to pay and I had that information in writing and she hung up on me. When I tried calling back, I was told her or Mr. Syed refused to discuss it with me. The guy we spoke to said don't bother calling back because they will not come to the phone. They would not admit their mistake and definitely wouldn't pay the fine or interest. My father has been with them for over 10 years but we will take our business elsewhere. When I told them that, they say ok and have a good day.
Also when I asked her questions about a LLC, she did not know any of the answers. She said she would have to refer to Mr. Syed, the other owner who is not available. They hardly ever answer my calls or emails, they are unreliable and rude.
