My daughter and I stopped by for service. The building was locked with a chain and an elderly woman came to unlock out. She said her daughter was out but that she would call her to assist with our services. The elderly woman started on my pedicure but turned over those services when her son arrived, while her daughter assisted my daughter. Her son told me that since my pedicure was complete that his sister would finish taking care of my nails. During this time more customers arrived and the sister said that she could not complete my service because the other customers had appointments. I would not have started the service if I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT BEHIND FOUR OTHER PEOPLE, POOR SERVICE AND THE NAILS DID NOT LOOK ANY BETTER.
