        Excel Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning Inc., is owned and operated by Brian Koch and Joseph Wicker who are natives of the Philadelphia Area. They have built their business on the trust of their experience and training. Brian our Master Plumber grew up in the business starting out as a helper for his father. He learned through his early teens and went through all the training and steps to becoming a Master Plumber. He has had is Masters license for over 20 years. Joe has been in the plumbing business for 10 years and is currently seeking his Masters license. Their mutual goal is to meet the demands of their customers without giving up quality and good customer service at a reasonable price. Excel Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning services all of the Philadelphia and surrounding areas throughout Bucks County, Delaware County and Montgomery County. We are licensed and insured. We have 3 Service and Installations teams. We are readily available when you need us.

        Overall

        Absolutely Horrible experience. The two men that came out couldn't figure out why my unit wouldn't start and proceeded to tell me I need thousands of dollars in repair of my unit, line, oil tank and chimney.

        Afterwards, I called another company that came out, identified the problem in minutes upon arrival, got unit started, confirmed no further problems in need of repair and charged less than " Excel" who did nothing but try to scare me into maintenance & repairs I didn't need.
