        A wonderful experience! Our ring turned out beautiful... just the way we invisioned it. Aaron, our designer, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and careful through the entire process. We used 2 family stones which were handled with care and respect. We were not a hi-dollar customer yet we were treated very well by everyone in the store.

        I cannot recommend Green Lake Jewelry Works and our designer Aaron enough. We had a great experience and were thrilled to NOT give our money to the box jewelers with the stupid radio commercials!

        Beautiful work, everything is all in house but don't believe the hype that they're all that much cheaper than commercial jewelers. Great service, custom work and awesome sales people.

        Horrible Customer Service, Beautiful Jewelry

        left this store in tears after encountering two rude customer service/sales individuals. The rude treatment of your staff toward me and the fact that because I am only interested in Men's wedding bands at this time made me feel as if they do not appreciate any business other then wedding or engagement rings. They had me wait 20 minutes and then told me to come back when they weren't busy and they refused to assist me because I wasn't interested in a women's wedding band.They've got tons of beautiful jewelry here, but really horrible customer service.
