        My wife and I are very pleased with our Pool and Spa built by Hallmark Pools. Our Pool Designer Jack was very helpful in creating a custom pool design to match our taste. The workers were very polite and hard working. They completed the project within the time frame promised and we love our back yard oasis! I would definitely recommend Hallmark Pools to my friends and family.

        Worst Pool Company Ever! They are nice at first and make you feel like its gonna be great. And after they get your money they become rude and unprofessional. No call no shows, they don't return your calls. The workers are sloppy and unskilled. There's no organization to this company at all. There's so many mistakes on my pool I just want to bulldoze the whole thing. I so regret hiring this company!

        I would like to apologize to Hallmark Pool and Spa World and Jack for a previous review that I left. I didn't realize that the delays were due to rain and a shortage of workman to finish the job. I will say that they have addressed our issues in a professional manner and are doing everything they can to get our job done in a timely manner.
