Hollywood Nail Design

I love this place ..Amy, the owner does a wonderful job & gives the BEST pedi's..I've been going to this nail salon for over 10 yrs now and everytime i go to a different place I always end right back here @ hollywood nails.. And since I am replying to the review above this one..you sure you have the right place, there is no old woman working there.

I went there and got a french manicure (acrylic) . My goodness it was a bad decision. I also had to have the nails off before the french manicure it cost me $10. There is a young lady she only does regular manicure and pedicure. The old one does everything else I guess. She was sloppy while doing my nails. She did not clean my nails like dead skins etc... She also left some nails polish under the nails and my fingers. She put the clear coat and the nails looked so bad. I don't know what went wrong the coat did not look shiny at all. It was so dull. The result: a total disaster. To dry my nails she used a small fan and did not put me under the regular drier for nails. What's up with that? Also some of the nails were not the same size. She said it was going to be 10 to take the nails off and 25 for a french manicure total $35. I told her it was a lot. She said ok for $30. When I was done I gave her $30 that she did not deserve with the poor work she had done. And guys guess what? She was like asking me for the initial $35. OMG so rude. I did gave her the $30 and she was like ok. The ventilation was not bad. The decor was not great. Pictures of family and kids all over the place. I felt I was at a daycare while there not at s professional nail salon. The bathroom was not so great either. The sink in the middle of the room was the best part of the place. Customer service was mediocre. People don't bother, don't go there. What a waste of time.
