Hsiu Yu Chinese Restaurant

First time going and I was not let down by the positive reviews. Had the chicken curry and it was yummy! Loved the atmosphere; quiet, small, and the service was on point. I will go back again try something different.

Stopped by about 1:30 because it had good reviews unfortunately next day me and my girlfriend suffered from possible food poisoning .

Some of the best Chinese food in San Antonio!

They gave me a (to go, which is what I ordered)container with 1/3 of the General's chicken and 1/3 chopped lettuce (I discovered when I got home).

Upon going back and showing them the chopped lettuce they tried to tell me that was normal.

I've been eating the General's chicken for over twenty years and have never, ever had it as chopped lettuce.

What really irked me about the entire situation was they thought I was dumb about it all.

I will tell everyone I know about this scam.
