This place should be called SLOWSIGNS not fast at all.

I should have known from the first time i walked in this location that i was about to have a bad experience. First of all who ever is their designer needs to find a different line of work. The only mediocre customer service i received was from the front desk girl. Owner has no idea how to run a business. I wish i had read the reviews prior to coming here. It is now two weeks since i placed the order and all i get are excuses. Not giving my business to this location again.

If its possible to give this place 0 stars I would. I placed an order and gave them $500 cash for the digital print signs I needed made. I go to pick them up 3 days later and they printed ALL of my signs out in white vinyl, which was totally WRONG. They screwed up the order and wouldn't refund my money and wanted to charge me an additional $516 to have the digital prints made. This is the worst place I've ever done business with. They might as well be thieves!!! DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF! The fact that they messed up and wouldn't fix it and tried to charge me more is so ridiculous.

Where to begin,



The Roswell location-We needed prints that were for our company's customer, so we gave ourselves extra time. My manager knows to give ourselves a little extra time before absolutely needing prints. With the extra time given, FastSigns in Roswell did NOT deliver. In fact, it was TWO days LATE.



Now, with anyone working in a well-organized company would know that once time escapes from you, unwillingly, it creates a snowball effect for you and your company.

Instead of trying to help us in our situation for their mistake, they CONTINUED to blame US for having our prints wrong!



Not only did they NOT give us a refund- but they also wanted to charge us MORE to Correct Their Mistake! We are absolutely disgusted about this "manager's" and his horrid employee, Cassandra's mistake.



Also, if you speak with Cassandra, make sure to ask for another employee. She will bicker with you and make your order wrong. After doing so, she will not admit her mistake.



I guess these employees will forget to tell you that this company has No refunds. So prepare for that!



If you want to read more reviews-check out their Yelp! page in Sandy Springs. I guess these significant issues do not reside in just one location. We felt we had to get the word out because we do not want others to go through what we had to.



My advice to management would be to find NEW management for your locations! The "manager" that work there currently are HORRID! If not - I do not wish any success for your company because you purposely terrorize others.
