Dr. Rose M Betz, OD

I have gone to Dr. Betz for a number of years and find her to give adequate coverage. She is knowledgeable of her practice. She has also worked me in when an emergency has arisen. I do find the wait time to see her extremely long and normally, for a regular yearly check, end up being in her office 2-3 hours. That amount of time seems excessive to me. Her staff is not friendly and sometimes even surly.

My experience with Dr.Betz was very depressing. She insisted she knew my vision better than my own eyes, and wrote my prescription for contacts according to her own opinion and ignored the fact they were not working for me. I found her bedside manner to be cold and military style. I would not refer her.
