NTB-National Tire & Battery

I was travelling for work and our family car (minivan) broke down in the parking lot across the street from the NTB. My wife had our 12 month old baby with her and they were both quite upset. Two men (and I'm not sure their names) went so above and beyond for her. They walked back and forth with a battery, an alternator, and ensured everything was safe before letting my wife head home. They even did this with another customer waiting (who arrived before my wife). He was upset, but I'd like to think the gentlemen made a good decision. Thanks so much! Two weeks after having work done on my car I decide to replace the pads on my rear brakes. The lug nuts were all on so tight that I could not remove them using the tools that came with the car. I had to use a breaker bar with an extension. If I were to have had a flat on the road I would have been stranded. I will find out on my next trip if damage was caused by this. Yes they did use a torque wrench after their power wrench over tightned them. I consider this poor training for their techs since they should have caught this.
