Walt arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem, was able to fix our issue (house was heating unevenly) on the spot, and explained everything to me along the way. He made sure that I felt informed and that I had the information to fix the problem myself in the future (instead of having to pay again for him to come out). He put the customer first and, because of that, I will be a customer for life.
