        Don't Stand Behind Their Work!

        Had my oil and filter changed at Grease Monkey. 10 days later the car started spewing oil everywhere. I had it towed to a reputable mechanic who said whoever serviced the car last had put the oil filter on without the O ring. I contacted Grease Monkey HQ and they ignored me. Then I called and the General Manager called me back and wanted to quote me Grease Monkey policy. In other words; you're screwed! And I was too. I never thought that a 12 year old car spewing oil had anything to do with the routine service. I was just so upset, but they used their policy to tell me I get nothing. I had both their receipt and the receipt for12 days later when they had to redo the oil and filter. What more evidence do you want? They really are just scammers! Run, don't walk to any other company for oil service. Unless you want a $300 oil change.
