Ozark Floor Company Inc--

Their customer service has been terrible. I had problems with them from the get-go, when they signed a contract to remove the existing flooring and replace subfloors and new wood floors. They somehow backed out of the contract, and I needed to get the job done so had a different contractor do the removal. I went ahead with Ozark for the flooring -- the quality of the work was good (so, two stars for that), but problems have developed in only a couple of months (wood floors buckling!) and I've contacted them several times, by phone and finally showed up at the store twice, with empty promises or no response, can't find my file, etc..



Tens of thousands of dollars for a homeowner like me, but supposedly they do big-job commercial contracts, so that's where their attention goes. It's been very distressing to try to work with them.

I highly recommend working with Mark & Mike on any flooring need. Their advice and how to install the flooring in my duplex saved me loads of cash. I also appreciate their carpet installation and how clean the job was on completion. I will definately use them again.
