        Overall

        I highly recommend this company. The steam cleaning was thorough and was completed as planned. The technician met with us, several days in advance, to answer questions and explain the process. We are accustomed to the dry clean method.



        Happily, all of the spots and stains were removed, and having the carpet professionally steam cleaned cleared the air of dust.



        We left the house to allow the carpet to dry thoroughly.

        Overall

        Beware of credit card billing! They did a pretty good job on the rug but charged my credit card a month later for $25 more than the bill.. Called them several times.. they promised to do something about it but never did.. finally had to through the credit card co to have charge removed

        BEWARE!!! I could have done a...

        BEWARE!!! I could have done a better 10 minute job than they did. I hired them since they had a decent rating and now I wonder if they pad their reviews. They were hired for a move out clean. They didn't clean the tiles, didn't wipe the drawers, didn't do any baseboards or edging on carpet or floors, didn't even attempt to clean the blinds which I specifically hired them for. They were going to have a manager call back, never did. I called the number on their site and I was told not to bother the guy that answered on his cell again???? I was told that "we clean every surface we can reach" and that 'you don't pay until you are satisfied." They ask for a card for the reservation and then charge it without any approval from you. When I stated that I wasn't satisfied and that I was not supposed to pay until I was satisfied, I was told "you giving me your credit card number is all the approval I needed." VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Not at all wanting to remedy the situation. DON'T USE THEM unless you like paying for nothing.
