DentalExcellence of Greenhaven

I am so frustrated and disappointed with Dental Excellence of Greenhaven. I called to make an appointment and the person I spoke to (I think her name was Taylor?) verified that my insurance was accepted there. We made the appointment for Saturday and she took my insurance provider and even my social security number for insurance purposes. On my actual appointment day the lady at the front desk had me fill out the new patient paperwork and then I again asked to verify my insurance was accepted there and she said yes. After filing the paper work I turned it back in I was then told that they did not accept my insurance! They informed me that they could still help me, but of course I had to pay out of pocket (the service I need would be over $1,000 + the exam fee). I questioned them because she confirmed on the phone that I was covered and she even took my social security number the day I called to verify if they accept my insurance. I ended up having to leave with no work done and I have already been in severe pain for weeks. I wasn't able to get another appointment anywhere last minute (due to their errors and misinformation) and now have to wait another week (in pain!) to be seen somewhere else. Super inconvenient and a waste of my time. I was super excited to come here as they have wonderful reviews and I love the neighborhood. I understand people make mistakes and all, but I will literally be in pain for another week longer due to one of your staff member's incompetence. I do not recommend this place at all.

Great Customer service, which is hard to find these days, Top of the line technology, They really care about ME. They did everything to make sure I was comfortable.
