Art Nail Spa

i went to the Art nails spa to get my nails done, they are very friend and they did my nails very perfect. The owner is also very kindness, they are free drink also, i recomment for all you guys, you never disapointed.

I went in for Shellac today and my little girl got a polish on both her toes and finger nails. My gel nail color bubbled up, my index finger had lumps in it and my ring finger where I got glitter was obviously uneven and looked terrible. Once I saw the bubbling on my thumb, I went back in to get it and the index finger fixed. The lady, who seemed like the owner or manager was soo harsh with my fingers she cut my cuticles with the file and was sawing very harshly on my fingers to get the gel color off. This is only my second time having gel color but I am pretty sure you are supposed to soak them off. She even made it seem like it was my fault that the bubbling occurred by telling me that I didn't have my hand in far enough. When I got home the color came off again on the thumb and is chipped on the index finger that she "fixed", I am too disgusted to go back again. Save your money and go to Roxstar Nails because they are stellar! I will never go here again and I would not recommend you do either. Forgot to mention that my daughters nails are also chipped and most have come off.
