Just as we have for generations, we make our sauce from scratch every morning and let it simmer for four hours, and our homemade dough is rolled by hand for each pizza order. Many of our cooks have been with us for decades, including a long-time employee who's been hand-rolling our classic meatballs for the past 30 years. At Regina's Pizza, baking pizza is an art form.
