        Josh came out Monday and said that he couldn't run a test on my a/c and explained that all the lines were frozen
        He showed me the way to let them thaw and arrange for a man to come out the next morning. E.J. showed up in the morning and had me up and running in no time at all. It had reached 84 degrees in pur house. E.J. impressed me by his professionalism and his knowledge. Will use Thiele for all my HVAC needs and will specifically request that they send E.J.         They were running a special for furnace cleaning ($59.95). I have 2. They wanted regular price ($89.95) to do the second. I said just do the one. By the way there was an non announced $6 gas fee tacked on after the first cleaning. I told the tech this made no business sense as I could call another Co. running a special to do the other (I found one for $49.95). The tech called the Co. and they said go ahead and do it. I teased the tech saying I hope the Co. didn't tell him to "go ahead and do it as long as they found something to fix." The unit had been working fine til then. Lo and behold, the gas valve wouldn't fire after the cleaning.Added another $480 to the bill. Unholy coincidence? Possibly. The tech assured me he would not have the heart to do something like that. I'm not sure.



        p.s The old original family owned Thiele put in both furnaces and AC units. This is the new Thiele.

        I really felt like they cared about me and my entire situation not just a quick fix and run. I especially like that they are a locally owned company. I would and will use them again and I highly recommend you try them as well!
