American Sunset Dental Center

My visit to American Sunset Dental was one of the worse experiences ever!! Not only was the office manager, Kathy, very rude and very pushy, me AND my 7 year old son were misdiagnosed!! Me and my son came to the office with a very bad tooth ache and left with it!! They would not prescribe antibiotics or pain relief until I paid another $127.00 for a "hospital strength" antibiotic...which I ended up not needed at all!! I can not stress enought to anyone thinking of going to this office DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!

This is the most unproffesional office I have ever seen. The receptionist, Kathy, is rude, arrogant, and demanding of her customers. I was given false information about the condition of my teeth. I tried to call the office for 4 days to get my records for a second opinion and could never get through. When I finally did, I was told they legally had the right to hold my records for 30 days if they wanted to. When I tried to argue that I needed them for an appointment, I was told I was no longer welcome at their practice.



I am so serious about this being unproffessional and unsafe that I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau.
