I can honestly say at my experience with Walker management has been stellar! Everyone I have dealt with there has been very helpeful respectful and pleasant to deal with especially jalisa who I was very sad to hear no longer works there. Every time I've had an issue they have been right on top of dealing with it including spider treatments and any repairs. Because of how pleasant my experience has been from the renters side I am now also doing large repair work for Walker management and that as well has been very pleasant. Because I only handle large jobs for Walker they have I have never had any problems giving me a check for half of materials down and they are very prompt in getting me a check after the job is complete. Overall and in every area of dealing with them I would highly recommend Walker management

Avoid this company for property management. Our tenant did several thousands of dollars worth of damage to our home. John, the owner, said the tenant was adversarial and would not send his people into our home but continued to collect our management fees. We are out of state active duty military, so we had hoped the property manager would do their due diligence in terms of maintaining our home. Nope!

Can't say anything positive about this company. It is disheartening that don't care about their clients. That they are manipulative and unethical. To have insights to they way they work, has made a strong impact and I strongly suggest that you choose another company. Do not work with them for renting a property or for managing your property, because they mismanage properties and do not care about the renters.
