Overall

Wow dont know what office you went to but I was so impressed with this office after my first visit I have referred several people to them. They have all come back raving about the Dr and his staff. This is the friendliest office I have ever been to as soon as you-walk in it feels like home. Might be a little out dated to some but me and my family and friends love it. We will never go anywhere else and continue to refer anyone to them.

Guess you cant make everyone happy! But please to all new patients see for yourself the exceptional service they provide. They went out of their way to figure out my insurance if you give them the info they need.

Overall

TERRIBLE customer service! When I went in as a new patient for my appt, no one greeted me at the front desk, they just went about their business. I had to ask for the new patient forms to fill out. The front desk person couldn't figure out my insurance, which I later checked on and everything was completely in order so I don't know what the problem was, but it sure was an expensive mistake on their part. Then, I went back a month after ordering my contacts because I had not received any notification that they were in. When I walked in, there were 2 women at the front desk, neither of whom even acknowledged me, nor did they skip a beat in their conversation (which seems like the norm at this place). When I did finally get one of them to turn around, she abruptly asked "What do you need?" So I told her I was there to see if my contacts had come in yet, and that I had ordered them a month ago. She grabbed a box and shoved it toward me with a cold "Here." Then she told me that they left me 2 messages at earlier dates, which I never received (on my personal cell that I'm the ONLY one with access to) and she said "Well! We called!" I was so upset, I sat in my car to let some of the tears go before I tried to drive away. Superior customer service guys, can't wait to tell my friends... There are WAY too many other providers out there, I will never spend another penny at this place. It's one thing if you're busy and a customer has to wait or a new patient has to ask for forms, but a friendly hello when walking in or a "thanks for waiting" or SOME minuscule inkling that you give a darn about your patients/customers doesn't seem like too much to ask. You missed the buck, and you have now lost a customer. Not to mention other potential customers when I let all of my friends and family, including some whom are in the media, know what a horrible experience I had here. No one should leave an eye doctors office in tears.
