Massage All

Bought a groupon for facial and massage as a gift to a friend. Had appointment booked for 1:15 pm on 2/18/16. Received a text message from our service provider 2 hours before the appointment that she needed to reschedule. We texted back to inform her that my friend had taken time off of work for this appointment and asking when the appointment would be rescheduled. The service provided never responded to that text message or multiple phone calls that day. Today 2/19/16 I received a phone call back from the Service provider. She was exceptionally rude to me. I asked her for a refund, she told me I needed to go through groupon, which I did and have now received a refund. I asked her for some sort of resolution or reimbursement for wages lost as she canceled the appointment without explanation or adequate notice. She refused to do anything. I advised her that I would be writing a negative review and she said "well that's what people who have nothing to better to do, do with their time."
