Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa

Do not use this location for pool service. They skip weeks and say they cleaned the pool when they haven't. I expect more for $85 a month. It happened to me on Memorial Day weekend when I was having family over. The pool had a lot of stuff at the bottom that was there for days. The manager Anwar refused to believe me saying that the tech stated he cleaned it. It was before 5pm and I live 6 miles away from their location. He said I should have called earlier, so as you can see he called me a liar and blamed me. I advised him that he should try to make a customer happy and send a tech over since it was not 5pm because he would lose a customer otherwise. He did not care. He also said the owner named Mike would call me on a Saturday. I bet that happens. From other reviews, I don't even know if Mike is the owner since the other customer gave a different name. There are so many pool companies out there, why take the risk with one that will not do their job and will blame the customer.
