Dr. Tom and his staff are professional, courteous, and really exhibit caring for their patients. We recently finished our second child's treatment with Dr. Tom and were again pleased with the results and service. I really appreciate how Dr. Tom tells the kids how it is when they don't do their part in their treatment. He is firm, yet polite, and gets his points across.

Dr. Tom is really great! He and his staff are super friendly and always easy to work with. Dr. Tom did my older son's braces and his teeth are perfect. We are now on son #2 and glad to go back to Dr. Tom. If you need to reschedule an appointment, they are also super friendly about it.

We have been very pleased with Dr. Tom and his staff. They are very timely with their appointments, and Dr. Tom and his staff have done a great job with my daughter's teeth. She will be getting her braces off soon, and she will have a beautiful smile! Dr. Tom had to do some extra work on one of my daughter's teeth in order to get it to turn properly. This was not included in the cost we were originally quoted, but he did not charge us any extra. Dr. Tom's patients are treated as individuals and not just a number and my daughter has really appreciated that. They do a great job of making their patients feel special! We would highly recommend Dr. Tom!

Dr.Tom was extremely nice to me and my niece. His staff are courteuous and prompt. They have many options that help make braces affordable. He is very knowledgeable about orthodontics and can explain it without making you feel dumb. I loved the office because it was very children friendly.

Dr. Tom has been a real charm in our family. Both of our teens have an exceptional smile thanks to his work and the wonderful teamwork of his joyful staff. I will recommend he and his office forever. Do consider his services, you will not regret it and you will be more than satisfied!

Dr. Tom and his staff are so amazing! They are always smiling and welcoming, and they really do care about their patients. I really love that Dr. Tom is so generous. He has hosted two amazing patient appreciation days, and he still finds ways to give back. Doctor Tom has an Xbox in the waiting room, free hot chocolate, coffee, or tea, and several prizes that you can enter to win. Dr. Tom and his wonderful staff made my smile so beautiful that I have smiled more than ever, and it's all thanks to his kind and caring hard work and amazing staff. Dr Tom is great with kids and the staff is so friendly and helpful. He also provides extra incentives and fun events for the kids. My daughter really enjoys going to his office!

Great atmosphere, great people who are very knowledgeable

Dr. Tom's office is awesome! Just recently I received a $100 gift card for filling my 5 punch cards! The people are always nice and smiling. They recently got a ps3 in the lobby to play while you are waiting. I know my sister appreciates that :). The results are always awesome and keep my teeth looking great. Dr. Tom is always nice and sometimes funny :). I think that Dr. Tom's office is one of the greatest orthodontist office out there.

Dr. Tom and his staff have been treating my family for 4 years. I cannot say enough about this practice. We drive from Fountain Inn to Greenville and it is well worth the drive. Dr. Tom is very knowledgeable and up to date with his techniques. The staff are always smiling and friendly, which tells me they like their job. We even had an assistant call us on her own time to check on our son. We chose Dr. Tom's practice after interviewing 4 different orthodontists. The statement that Dr. Tom said that made our final decision was, "I choose a treatment plan based on each child and what their needs are." I knew we were going to get the appropriate treatment for our children on an individual basis, not just by textbook treatment. Thank you Dr. Tom and Staff!!!

Dr. Tom is awesome!!! From hot chocolate to an Xbox in the waiting room is just some cool stuff about the place. their waiting room includes a sign in screen, an Xbox, and alot of bean bags. His assisstants are helpful and positive. i just got my springs in today and he gave me some helpful tips to keep off the pain. The best orthodonic place in town

When going to Dr. Tom the process is usually speedy and everyone is always nice and smiling. Even when I had my braces I didn't have them for long.
