I was given a gift card to try this place out. Called 2 hrs prior to when we wanted to go, made the appointment. We were in the car on the way when we had to turn around and go back to work for an emergency. Called immediately and asked to reschedule. was able to get work taken care of so I called back to see if we could still come- 30 minutes later than the original appointment time. I was told yes but we might have to wait and that over half of the gift card amount was now gone. The reasoning behind that was the tech's were not able to take any walk in clients for that hour yet we would have to wait till they were available. I asked if they were able to take walk in clients since we couldn't be there at 2, the manager said no that the time slot was being kept open for our appointments. I then said "so we can still come" The manager told me then that they were with someone and we would have to wait. I don't mind waiting and i don't mind taking care of the tech's with a larger tip but to have the gift card instantly be cut in half. the appointment was made 2 hrs prior to the actual appointment!

I don't recommend this place at all and i certainly don't recommend anyone buying a gift card. There are too many nail salons in high point that are more understanding and appreciative of their customers.
