I rented my very first apartment from Belmont Brokerage & Management when I graduated from college in the late 80's. The management company is very professional, organized is very responsive to service requests. I had the privilege of meeting Mr. Kurt Wood and Mr
Michael Martinez. I am so impressed with their professionalism, communication, sense of community, work ethic and pride in the properties they manage. I rented several apartments from Belmont for more than 25 years. I am now a homeowner but I will always reflect positively and fondly on Belmont, Kurt and Michael for the wonderful apartments, the great memories made over the years and the fine business relationship that we have.

Currently live in a rental from them. The staff is always rude, I dread having to interact with them for any reason. I've had several issues and I've only lived here 7 months no problem has ever been properly resolved. Anytime I have any issue they seem to be irritated with me calling on them for help. One example: I'm a single woman that libes alone and I locked myself out of my apartment one day at 7am i called them at 10 am asking if they could assist me and when i got home from work at 7pm they never came to unlock the apartment or anything (claimed that maintenance was too busy and of course the office closes at 5pm) but my late notices promptly arrive the same day. They don't care about how the place is cared for and do the bare minimum in maintenance. Thoroughly regret ignoring the reviews and renting here. Stuck 7 months in trying to figure out where I can move to.

Coming from another state looking for an apartment, had no luck with this company. They failed to look at our information, return calls. They were unprofessional, incompetent and not interested enough to put people in apartments or follow up. They dismiss people like there is no tomorrow. Lacking in doing their job.

Belmont brokerage's staff is horrible, and rude!! They always give an attitude worst company in town. I don't recommend to rent from Belmont Brokerage & Management Inc they will charge you from the application, to late fees, cleaning, and good luck trying get your deposit back!
