EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND REALLY REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called couple of minutes ago looking for an employee that is expecting a call from me. And guess what the man who answered my called told me? The lady who works in the personnel? I replied, yes sir and he said you're calling the wrong number and hang up on me! Are you serious? You knew who I was calling for and he said wrong number and hang up! My family shops at Sams Club all the time and now I will tell my family what happened so they can cancel their memberships and I will cancel mine too. I am sick and tired of these rude employees and especially the ladies in the personnel! I am so mad and disappointed right now.

Bad customer service at this SAMs club. Always have to wait forever in customer service line. They have mis charged me several times & employees are rude

It is easy to find stuff. big aisles, cheap gas, fast check outs!
