Target

Just had a horrible experience! I purchased six gift cards with my credit card on Christmas Eve. I didn't use two of them so I decided to PURCHASE an item with the cards I didn't use. When I tried to purchase the item it came up as never having been purchased. I had the receipt and the gift receipt that showed otherwise so I thought the matter would be resolved. Instead the horrible manager who would only give me her name as KELLY said that they had no record of the transaction so they would only issue me a store credit. I told her that I was already embarrassed enough that I would have to go back to my relatives and explain how I managed to given them bogus gift cards but she kept saying that the transaction did not exist and she could not give me a refund. Then she proceeded to throw me out of the store and refused to do anything for me at all. I was humiliated and angry. Here I was the one that they took money from and provided me with a bogus product but now I was being treated like a criminal. Do yourself a favor and never, ever buy anything, much less a gift cards from Target again. They will do anything for a profit evidently, even sell worthless gift cards. I plan to pay off the rest of my bill, minus the gift card charges and cancel my account with Target and never ever set foot in that store again.

I love shopping at Target, however every time I go to this specific Target they are out of the SAME products. Half & half, orange juice, milk, etc. I was there a few weeks ago and complained to the manager in that department and he actually had a staff member go in the back to get product. So what's actually terrible about this is that they have this product in stock, but they don't have anyone stocking it. It's annoying.
