Saw their ad on the The Herald Weekly for $99 tax preparation. Yet, in review of their qualifications, I found that the founder lists nothing in his bio related to taxes.



Not even that he may have served in some tax capacity in his "over 20 years experience in the financial service industry ". And none of his staff appear to have any tax experience either.



So how is it that they are able to provide competent, dependable, and most importantly defensible tax positions to be taken by their "clients" with their $99 tax preparation? It is great that the founder appears to be a registered tax preparer, but that does not mean that he is able to provide the advocacy for their clients down the road that I greatly suspect that they will need. Caveat Emptor - Buyer Beware!
