90 Nails

The atmosphere leaves a great deal to be desired. There is plenty of seating to wait, but there were a bunch of people just hanging out at the tables where work was being done. Employees not personable. The girl doing my nails tried to file my natural nails with a drill. When I said no, that it damages them and makes them weak, she said "Just a little bit." Um, no...if I am paying you for a service, I am quite sure you will do as I ask. (And may I say, after 16 days since my last manicure, my nails looked better going in than coming out.) They filed them way shorter than I asked, and they were all crooked, so I asked her to fix, which meant filing them even shorter to make them even. I had a gel manicure, which normally lasts at least 2 weeks and stays looking decent. It has been 5 DAYS and the gel polish is chipping! Not the cleanest environment, very run-down looking, unprofessional staff, and over all shoddy manicure. Will NEVER return and would NOT recommend this place to anyone

I go here all the time, and I'm always satisfied!
