Unprofessional, unreachable, unreliable, inexperienced and full of excuses.

We purchased a deal through Angie's List for this company to epoxy our garage floor. It took several calls and messages to schedule our job. When Andrew finally contacted us, we received every excuse under the sun for the delay in returning our call. We went ahead in good faith and scheduled our "three day job" with Andrew for the middle of September. Before beginning the job, Andrew reassured us that they had done this specific work before and guaranteed 100% satisfaction. Two weeks plus after starting the job, we are left with a floor that will need to be completely redone. We have tried to contact them multiple times to repair our floor. We have left messages, text and emails on Andrew's personal cell phone and email with no response. We have also called both office numbers with no reply and to this day we have not heard from Andrew or his company. At this point, a month later, we are assuming that Andrew and his company have walked away from this job and their responsibilities to correct this problem. We are so happy that we did not pay Andrew when he originally asked for payment, but we are now left with a garage floor that is changing colors, still has not cured/solidified. We will now have to endure the additional expense to strip the floor and start all over. A complete waste of our time and energy.
