Pure Fitness

I was in Lincoln a couple months ago to visit family. A friend of mine goes to pure fitness and loves it, so I went in with her on a Saturday. We did one of the TRX classes---holy crap! Best workout I've ever had.



The owner is a guy named Mike, and he was there. He actually took the time to talk with me about my personal routine. I was asking him questions for prob close to 30 minutes, and he never acted like I was a bother. Actually on the contrary; he got passionate. I can tell mike is very happy about what he does.



The gym itself was overall just above average. It was very clean the day I went in, and the bathrooms were stocked.



Overall, very impressed. Now I just wish he would open one in omaha!
