        when we order ice cream it shouldn't come out like soup, that was the first visit, the 2nd time we just drove off after 15 minutes. We don't miss treat people, so it wasn't customer service on our part, they had one car hop.

        The crew here are great. They bring my food with a smile. You only wait because the food comes out hot. I have never gotten old toots or fries here. I eat here once a week. If you don't want rotten CS learn to be nice.

        Where do I begin? Their customer service is rotten, they can't walk and chew gum at the same time! I have had to wait 20 minutes every time I have been there. I've decided that I would not go to this one again. I enjoyed going to the one on University.
