Was seen by Dr Campbell after he bought Dr Henderson's practice and he messed up my temp crown and after going twice because I was in so much pain he told me that if I could not tell him what hurt he couldn't fix the problem. I ended up having to go to another dentist who fixed the temp crown and was out of pain that night. I then went and requested to pick up my permanent crown and take elsewhere to have it put on since I didn't feel comfortable with him putting it on since I had to have his work corrected by another dentist. I then was told by Paula(office manager) that Dr Campbell would not refund my money that I paid for having the work done to place the permanent crown even though he would not be doing the work. So in the end I had to pay another dentist to correct his mistake and to place a crown that I had already paid him to do but was denied my money back. He ripped me off several hundred dollars for work he didn't do and the work he did so was not correct. The staff was nice but that is all I can say. My sister n law and father n law did not like the work he done as well.

They have always been very nice to me. They have worked me in, when I needed to be seen. Customer Service is superb.

They are also very knowledgeable in the field, and patient care is their number one priority.
