Sky Nails & Tan

Initially I had a good experience, then after the first time it was horrible. I thought I found a tech there that I could work with, her name is Kim, she rushed me everytime there after. She had done a rebase on my nails and in two days three of my nails came up and even looked like the chemicals were molding on my nails, they turned a green color. I went back in and she still charged me $20 to fix them, which I thought was ridiculous! I didn't go back for a while and removed my nails. I decided to try it one more time, when I made another attempt I asked for pink and whites and the tech Gwen had asked me if I wanted white tips that would glow in the dark. Not being a big fan of glowing nails I told her no, she asked again and I told her no just regular pink and whites. At the end she told me the total and it was too high for regular pink and whites. When I came home my nails were glowing. They don't listen to what you want, they do what they want and charge you for it. Their customer service is poor, they don't fix their mistake for free even if it is their fault, and you are rushed when they are busy. I'm picky about my nails and if any of you ladies are the same, i don't recommend going to this place if you want to save money and time.
