No way! I was horribly disappointed in how my cat looked when I picked him up. But thought I'd give them another try; maybe just a bad day? When I told the gal my cat had been butchered (head shaved up to between his ears, boots uneven and one side of his face shaved short!) I was asked if I'd ever tried grooming a cat that won't hold still? No, that's what I paid (and tipped) you to do; then I was told I should go somewhere else for my cat's grooming. You bet I will and don't mind sharing what I was told.

Decent priced at 35 dollars and was fast, greatest part was they got us in same day dog was dying in the summer heat thanks

I've been taking my shih tzu and black lab there for 3 years and would only take them there because they do a excellent and caring job. They are kind and make exceptions for my Lab that is old and has bad hips to ensure he is comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone. My brother also takes his dogs there. (In reference to the other comment you need to make sure your animals are up to date with there vaccines before taking them to any groomer.)

I brought my dog in to be groomed. My husband was told when he made the appointment that it would be about and hour to an hour and a half. Two and a half hours later, he still wasn't ready, and when they called 30 minutes later to say he was done, I could tell they rushed. His skin was nicked in a few places, and tufts of fur were left in others. Several employees were extremely rude, even staring at me in a hostile manner. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in a business establishment before. Needless to say, we will never use Pet Boutique for grooming again.

I have taken my poodle there twice and both of those times they returned him to me sick. Not only did these incompetent fools infect my dog but they also did not clip his nails. I am outraged that I paid $35 for a shaved sick dog with unclipped nails. I thought that it being next to the vet would mean that they would have a staff that had the slightest idea of how to care for a little dog....I was mislead and ripped off. NO STARS
