Swing Physical Therapy

I never even made it in to my appointment. The Surprise location is in a gym. Why wouldn't a physical therapy facility have a few parking spots reserved for PT patients that are there because they have problems with mobility?? I was sent here for rehabilitation of my ankle after ankle reconstruction surgery. My cast was just removed yesterday and I was told to progress to full weight bearing. When I arrived and saw that there was no parking anywhere near the front door, instead of trying to offer any assistance, the girl told me should would just cancel my appointment because there were no other options. What a joke! I will find somewhere else to do my physical therapy. This was such an unprofessional response for a place that is supposed to help rehabilitate people.
