Temple ReadyCare

The entire staff has a very poor attitude each and every time I come in. The nurse assigned to draw my blood couldn’t find my vein so she continued to move the needle around inside my arm which caused (s) bruising . As a medical student I had to direct her through it . The wait time is beyond ridiculous, along with their organizational skills. I was third in place to be seen, after the fith person I went and questioned them; my file wasn’t even put in to be seen. They had my file just sitting there on the counter (violation of HIPPA) as they continued to converse . Very unprofessional, very disappointed.
I came in a week later to pick up a doctors note and the same lady at the desk gave me the same exact attitude . She told me I had to wait for the computers to start working and the other medical assistant came and pulled my note from the desk and handed it to me (Had nothing to do with the computers) and wished me a good day.
I won’t be coming here anymore.
