I liked my massage, but didn't appreciate 8% service fee to use a credit card for $40. Knowing this was too high I left a lower too, and they called me on it saying hey should get 20%. I believe in tipping but not if I'm getting ripped off on other fees.

My feet have been killing me lately and this is only thing that helps. I have had reflexology treatments in China and Thailand. This place is just like that. They soak your feet in an herb solution and while your feet are soaking they massage your scalp, neck and shoulders. Then they massage your feet and legs. They really do a good job. Today was my second visit and I am going back on Sunday. It is that good. I know someone on here said it was bad service but I didn't find that at all. They are very sweet and yes if you don't speak Chinese which I don't, it may be hard to understand them but don't let that stop you from trying it out.

AWFUL service!!! My experience was a nightmare. This place is completely overpriced and unprofessional. We walked into the lobby and no one was at the front desk...after waiting for 15 minutes. We finally looked into the back room and the person working at the desk was asleep in a chair with headphones on and we had to wake her up. Once we got settled they put me in a chair that was broken and kept reclining on its own. I asked to change to a different seat before he started anticipating this was a problem but he insisted he didn't need to move me; that is until after wasting 10 min trying to fix the chair after it had popped out and reclined 5 times it's on its own and spilled all the water. He then asked me to walk across the room in bare feet to another chair. The massage was WAY too rough!! I asked twice to please be more gentle and he just kept going. Since so much time was wasted because of the broken chair I did not get the full massage....he skipped my hands and arms entirely. Then when leaving I had a coupon for $40. I paid a 20% tip even though the service was poor and I did not feel he deserved one at all. After he ran my card he had the audacity to tell me the tip was not enough and next time I come I need to tip more. I walked out appalled at the service. Not to mention his massage was so rough that my back and shoulders are bruised and black and blue tonight.
