        ONLY REASON 1 STAR FROM ME IS BECAUSE IT MADE ME CHOOSE BEFORE SUBMIT BUTTON WOULD HIGHLIGHT. Kostas estimated a job in April. He told me upfront they were pretty booked, but that he would take the job if I was ok being put off for a bit. He never promised but we discussed May maybe June as job date. I gave him half of total job estimate upfront. Never talked to him again except thru his rude email responses asking for updates. At threat of legal action in late September he sends the finds back.

        Was paid to do a job. Is past promised date & will not return money or phone calls. He has money...we have nothing!!! Very unreliable if he cant even return a phone call. Dont trust him with payment up front.
