Today we visited the Mt. Pleasant location 2 hour wait and it was not bad at all! This team is kind warm and so helpful! Kevin, nurse Jennifer and nurse Jones you are all AMAZING- to do what you do all day at that pace and smile and treat everyone so kindly is EVERYTHING! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! Super heroes wear scrubs!💓

I'm very surprised at the negative reviews. Went in last year for the first time feeling awful, seen quickly, treated well, confirmed I had the flu, got script and headed back to bed in no time. Now a year later on a Saturday, feeling sick, went in, same nice gal took my info, got me right in, tested right away for strep and flu, got results right away and scrip. Couldn't be happier with this place! Happy to have them close by!

This place is set up as a profit machine, not a patient care facility. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and they gave me a 10 day antibiotic, 5 day steroid and 3 day cough medicine prescriptions. When I called to get the cough medicine refilled they did not return my call. I called back again 5 hours later and still no return call. I got in my car and drove back to the facility. They were going to charge my insurance for an office visit to get a refill. I pressed them on the issue and they said that the prescription was only supposed to last until I was well even thought the other prescriptions were for much longer periods of time. I called to get a copy of my records and they had some story about it taking two weeks for a copy and that they have 146k patients in their database that they have to sort through. I'm pretty sure that they have computers and their patient list is in alphabetical order. They will not even send a copy of the records to your doctor, they give them a phone number to call and talk to the doctor at Health First. This place is very shady and that fact that they have a giant BIBLE VERSE on the front door does not excuse their intentional billing practices and makes Christianity look bad. People see that verse and get treated poorly and they connect the two. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

My first experience was excellent. I called for information and the person who spoke with me was extremely helpful. Her attitude was above the norm and the costs explained are very good. I am looking forward to my visit on that alone.

I have taken my daughter to the office in Mount Pleasant twice recently for croup and then strep. We are new to the area and do not have a pediatrician as of yet. I have been extremely pleased with how fast we have been seen on each visit. They even took chest xrays in the office when they were concerned it was something more serious. The day we were there for the croup we were in and out in less than 30 minutes xrays and all. We saw the same doctor both times. He was very helpful and patient. The office staff is efficient and polite. This is an asset to the Mount Pleasant community.

They're great if you want to be treated like you get treated when you deal with AT&T or comcast. You know, I that never ending recording where you never get to talk to a real person because they're too high up on their horse to actually answer a question from one of us little people.
