Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics

Not pleased at all with the customer service/dentist. I felt unwanted since the moment I walked in the door. The receptionist insisted that one of my daughters wasn't assigned to that dentist, I was sure she was but I didn't have the paperwork with me. I asked her what I needed to do, and she responded in a rude way "WELL you'll have to call SafeGuard tomorrow, for now we can only see the other baby"! If it wouldn't have been because I called SafeGuard right that instant and had them fax a notification verifying that my daughter was assigned to that dentist I would have had to return until the next available appointment (approx 1 month)! The office had approximately 4 patients and it took them 45 minutes to transfer me to a examining room. Not to mention, I wasn't seen by the dentist 25 minutes after the original 45 minutes. After my 1st daughter was checked, it took the dentist a whole 30 additional minutes to see my other daughter! All together I was in the office for approximately 2 1/2 hours just for a check up. Not to mention, there were no cavity removals, surgery or anything of that nature. I can't imagine how long it would have taken.

In conclusion, Lawndale Dental was a nightmare I will not return in six months for my daughter's check up. I will go back to Magic Land where the service is 100 times better and where my daughter's will feel welcomed by receiving at least a tooth brush after their check up!
