I can't say enough good things about my recent business with Rodi. Looked him up on internet "out of the blue" after I had my desktop locked up with a virus. Terrible service and call experience with MacAfee and I really was desperate! Over last 10 years I have used several of the "geeks R us" type services with same result.... too expensive, partial success, terrible turnaround, computer issues remained. I talked with Rodi briefly and explained my problem. He was very understanding, very confident, and I while I remained skeptical that he was going to be "that great"; I decided I'd give him a try. That was less than a week ago. Since then my desktop work computer was fixed and is running better than it has in years; I took him my laptop and replaced the XP system with Windows 7 with a couple major upgrades, and he took a look at my old desktop that I haven't used for a while. Rodi is simply a one of a kind business man. He is meticulous with his craft, personable and understanding to the non-techy that my wife and I are, and a complete professional!! The next time you need a computer or a computer repair call Rodi Computer Service first and I can't imagine you will ever want to call anyone else; I know I won't!
