Wofford's Nursery Of Clarksville

My grandmother and I visited Woffords Tuesday. My issue is not that of our own but that of another customer. While walking to the register we met a transgendered woman that stated she had been waiting there unassisted for 10 minutes. Once we arrived, the owner hurried over. We acknowledged she had been there first. She had questions concerning plants. Answers were hurriedly and abruptly given. The owner was in no way trying to be helpful. Once she left, he had nothing but rude and obnoxious things to say about her. I mean down right ugly and demeaning. It is his job in customer service to help and assist EVERYONE. Not only those he deems fit and worthy. The way he treated and spoke negatively concerning this individual does not reflect poorly of her, but on you. The unprofessionalism and disrespect was mind blowing. After leaving, my grandmother and I wished we had helped her, but more importantly said something to you. This is unacceptable! We will not be back and I will be sharing this entire post as often as possible. Common humility is not that common. Do better.
