If you want a nice relaxing mani & pedi....don't go here! Rude is the theme of this place. Most definitely won't be going back and I'd encourage you not to either.

They dont even deserve a star! Worse nail place around grove city! Got a balance and 4 hrs later there breaking and cracking off I call and come in to complain and they accuse me of biting them off!!! So messed up service and customer service in my life with nail shops I got my nails done since I was 13 and I have never been this unhappy about nails! I dont not recommend this place to anyone!!

I've been a loyal customer for several years now and each time I come, the service is still the best. I had to experiment to a lot of other nail salons but Nails 2k was my ultimate favorite. The services provided here are great and I would definitely recommend the salon to those who are looking for a peaceful time to relax. Don't hesitate to come, the nails they do are amazing yet affordable and are always up to date. At least for me, Nails 2K is my place to be for friendly and affordable service.

I love Nails2k. I've been visiting them for more than 10 years and that alone should say something about the way the family owned shop runs their business. They are wonderful, professional, kind and personable. Every associate that you encounter is lovely. When you visit them expect to have the best service!

Came in here with my 3 sisters. The lady doing my toes was very rough with them and didnt even do everything that i paid for. I think i said "that hurts" more then i can count. I will never come back here again. Plus once i was done they wouldnt let me sit with my sisters while they did there toes. And it wasnt even busy... very unhappy
