West Coast Cuts and Colors

I really can't say enough about the talent of Candice at Woodland Hills Cuts & Colors. She is a color wizard, a natural alchemist who has changed my hair, without damaging it from one color extreme to the other with magnificent results. I have spent a small fortune at Beverly Hills and Encino salons in the past, and never has my hair looked better than it does now. Candice is a master of all the skills involved in hair style and design. Besides all that, she's a terrific person with a huge heart.; a tremendous asset to the shop.
