        Overall

        Mann's has been our family jewelry store for three generations. They have put batteries in numerous watches, updated rings, appraised pieces, repaired all manner of jewelry and sold us watches, rings, necklaces and earrings. They are helpful and informative. Their focus in on customer service and satisfaction as they rely upon patronage not single purchase experiences. It is far better an alternative than searching the shopping mall for each specific need. Thank you Meryl and company.

        Really enjoyed the atmosphere in the store and felt no pressure to buy. Great inventory found the diamond I always wanted.

        Notably good service experience: I have been continually impressed by both service and products.

        Products are of high quality, and repairs are done professionally and rapidly. Each employee is informed, helpful, and outgoing. Their service is that which one used to expect from a family owned business. If they do not have a bit of jewelry you are seeking, they can order or custom create virtually anything.
