Groomingdale's

Do not go to Groomingdales on Victory in Glendale. If you do; take a bag or a coffin for your dog with you to berry your dog because they will kill your pet. They hate pets, but love your money. I took my dog for a haircut to Groomingdales. I wanted to watch hem get the hair cut, but I was told I had to wait outside so I parked in front of the store and waited. I heard my dog is crying in pain and barking. I called the store and asked what is going on with my dog. I was told everything is okay and that he doesn't like the fun. After I got home the same day I noticed my dog's ear has a big cut on it and he is growling at me when I try to pat hem or touch his ear. That was out of corrector for my dog to growl at me. I called the store and asked what had happened. I was told they never noticed the cut on my dog's ear. After a week or so; It was time to give my dog a bath. After my dog's hair got wet on his head and parted, I was shocked to see both of his ears had blue and black bruise. I called the store again and told them about my dog's bruises and offered to drive to the store so they see it. The employee refused to see it. The employee tried to bribe me with $20.00 dollar so I don't tell the boss. She said she doesn't want the boss to know about this, but I refused. I wanted the owner of the store to know so he corrects the behavior thinking that he cared, but he is as horrible as the employee. The owner tried to cover up for the employee so he doesn't refund my money. He refused to see it too and said he made me sigh a paper so he is not going to pay and there is nothing I can do about it. I don't remember signing anything and what paper signed by me gives hem the right to open a whole in my dog's ear and pull his ears so hard that turns blue and black. My dog was abused and bitten so hard that both of his ears were black, red, blue. They are crooks that giving themselves license to kill. I asked for a copy of that paper he said I signed. I filled in a application that I was told it's for information purposes. The owner put check mark here and there and pointed to the line to sign without explaining anything. They tricked me. They are con artists. Just because animals can't talk, they don't deserve to be abused. We are our children's and dogs voice. I said sorry million times to my dog, but the pain of letting hem down is not going away. I couldn't protect hem. If you love your pet, cat, dog don't go to Groomingdales. They will trick you to sign a paper, beat up your dog, Lie to you, take your money and get away with it. Thank you.
