Great service! I felt right at home when I walked in the front door. The staff was very warm and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. This was the first time I had done Laser Hair Removal so I was a little nervous. Brandi was my Esthetician and she was awesome! She answered all of my questions and was very knowledgable. I am going back for my next treatment in 6 weeks! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great spa escape or any advanced esthetic services!

Hidden Door Medspa is a great place if your looking to relax, and get away from all of the stresses of life for an affordable price!!! I purchased a special off of living social for $99, which included 6 sessions of laser hair removal!! There was one for a body wrap with a facial, but had never had laser hair removal, so decideded I would try it.

Since this was my first session ever for laser hair removal, I was super nervous. The staff was so friendly and did everything they could to assure me that it would be okay. Surprisingly, it didn't hurt AT ALL! They even had a really cool cooling system that made the laser painless. I got all nervous for nothing, but I appreciated how nice the staff was and how understanding they were. I would reccomend this MedSpa to anyone who wants to get ready for the summer season without having to shave everyday! I can't wait until my next 5 sessions to see the results.
