        Overall

        Mr. Hancock is truly an excellent ally to the single Dad and ex-military personnel.I wished I'd have found him when I was still in the service.Not only has he been my tax guru for more than 10 years he's been amazing at getting me the most refund possible when I lived in Alabama then Hawai'i,(with it's weird taxes) and now in Alaska with it's own unique tax system.Not bad for a CPA in Alabama,huh? I am extremely pleased and satisfied with Randall being my tax preparer and my defender from anything else the IRS has in store for me for the rest of my life :-)
